Duc Hua, PhD,
Managing Partner

Duc Hua has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in a range of industries, including hospitals, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, and digital health.

Duc has a proven track record leading mergers, acquisitions, corporate development, finance, and governance. He has held positions of CEO, COO, CSO, CFO, and corporate counsel at organizations such as ACC (Affiliated to AIG), Golden Frog (subsidiary of ACC), Pierre-Fabre Medicaments, Ampharco Pharmaceuticals Vietnam, AIC Asia Industrial Chemical, Hoan My Hospital Corporation, Medihub, AIG Holding and NovaGroup. 

Duc has a proven track record in scaling and ramping growth in large organizations and has worked closely with institutional investors in driving portfolio companies. ​

Duc Hua’s academic achievements include a Post-Graduate Degree in Digital Strategies for Business from MIT Sloan, a Master’s in Economics of Banking and Finance from ESCP-Paris, and a Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Research from the Medical University-Montpellier. He also holds a Masters in Business Management, Masters and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from University- Montpellier, and received a summa cum laude distinction. Duc Hua is also an auditor at the Institute of Higher Education of the Ministry of Defense.​

Linh Nguyen, Managing Partner

Linh Nguyen is a dynamic business leader with a track record of success across various industries. Linh’s impressive career includes roles as a Board Advisor for European Wellness Hospital, where she orchestrated strategic partnerships and launched the ESAAM Global chapter in Vietnam. She also served as Managing Director at Galaxy ONE and senior strategic director at Sovico Group, where she led data-driven initiatives resulting in significant revenue growth.

With a strong background in technology, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and banking, Linh excels in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and market acquisition. Her remarkable journey includes roles at VinGroup,  Salesforce, ORACLE, EMC Corporation, and IBM, where she consistently achieved double-digit sales growth and earned numerous awards for excellence.

Linh holds an MBA from Universite du Quebec a Montreal and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Polytechnics. She is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
